Sea Swim

8am on 18^th June 2025

If you fancy some early morning exhilaration on 18^th June, come and join the delegate sea swim.

This will be across the road from The Grand Hotel and all are welcome.  Please note the following guidance:

• The sea swim is weather and tide dependent
• No lifeguard will be in attendance and delegates must be able to swim
• All take part at their own risk
• Sea shoes are recommended as the beach is stony
• We suggest that you bring warm clothes to change into/out of and a towel etc but belongings are left at the owner’s risk
