Dr Sam Goodall is an ST5 in Occupational Medicine in the North West of England. He works in an NHS occupational health department and is an honorary clinical lecturer in occupational health at the University of Manchester. Alongside teaching on the MSc occupational medicine programme, he works on the Health and Occupation Research (THOR) network, focusing on identification of sentinel cases. Dr Goodall has a background in psychiatry, having previously obtained membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, and is particularly interested in the relationship between mental health and work.
